Hello, I’m stuck in sunbaked alley! I used that thing where I created my own warp thing using a karma flower, and I can’t find my way out of here. I saw a coral caves warp point, but I already got the echo from there.. what should I do?

There's no coral caves - sunbaked alley connection... and no coral caves echo either.. 
Perhaps you muddled some region names?
