I've been wandering around quite a few regions ||with the feather indicator which means that the weaver should be there, I've been to mostly every room and I still haven't found it||, am I doing something wrong or am I just unlucky?

You have to see the reason they're there first before they appear to you

ok this might just be a bug but
every time i warp i always end up at either ||signal spires|| or ||fetid glen||
is this a sign or am i just incredibly unlucky?

(no i'm not using the same warp i am doing random warps)

It heavily favours regions that the player would want to go based on a current point in the game or active quest

Ok so
it appeared after I disabled some mods
forgot to mention
I think that the mods that prevented ||the weaver|| from appearing are either Screen Lady's Diverse Spawns or Bingo mode (watcher update)

I've closed these 4 warps several times now why is the game STILL not counting them as closed

OTR warps are only sealed one-way and reopen themselves
