so i honestly am not too big on the story and i really just like arti, i have 13 hours on the survivor and reached moon but i just find this kinda boring and wanna skip to arti

You could, probably, but arti is a massive jump in difficulty compared to survivor
Even if you're not too interested in the story, the skills that you learn by just playing through the game will help you a lot with arti, seeming how arti is technical and combat-based. In the end it's up to you but I think going through with survivor until you beat it will properly prepare you and make arti easier/more approachable
