So I was in Sky Islands, when I noticed the funny Echo things going on. But when I entered the room to talk with said Echo, I accidentally fell and the screen started turning to white. Recognizing this from when I talked with the one near The Wall, and I wanted to see what it was saying, I decided to alt F4.
I go back to the same spot the Echo was, and no luck. I also didn't get the achievement either. I should be able to get said dialogue + achievement in a different campaign later right???

I tried going back (I currently have the Karma level with the 4 circles), and nope. No Echo.
This is my second one that I’ve seen…
