I'm in a really dark area and there is these bugs that keep killing me is there any tips to deal with them?

i mean i saw the mouse but like i still got mauled and some scavs were near

and then they also killed my mouse so my lights gone too

not really im in a really narrow area there was a shelter at with like two polls that seemed to drop me into hell

should i explore a little more up? i saw like an orange fruit

Exploring never hurt anyone :3 you can also find new routes and new items by exploring as well

i reached the robot but idk what to do i ate like a glowey thing and then it like tweaked out on me
