This save was created pre-1.5 so it could have broke, not excluding. I've ||sealed|| all regions while going for the ||rot|| ending and it would've been okay if I could do other endings, specifically ||Weaver|| one. I dont know why doesnt it trigger, maybe there's one region Im missing or something.
additionally, there's few things that feel off:
- absolutely NO creatures in DT, even ||loaches|| aren't there (they were the first ones to be gone btw)
- little to no ||tardigrades|| in regions they're supposed to be in
- I can only warp between ||Shrouded Stacks|| and ||Heat ducts||

restarting your save will ensure you don't miss any of the new 1.5 content, and some of it doesn't show up in old saves before the update (but it's not anything that will lock you out of content)
you can just start on a new save file if you don't want to delete this one, too
the lack of creatures in a region you experienced with DT was a bug that got fixed recently, where creatures would not spawn if a portal/warp was interacted with but not entered in the same cycle for an undiscovered region
it's patched now though so no need to worry about it happening 
your DT isn't going to have creatures though unless you mess with the actual game files or reset the save
also the warp thing with heat ducts and shrouded is likely intentional
