(Playing as any slugcat other than Saint, im waiting for a response before I head to chimmney canopy) Suppose I’m in Chimmney Canopy and im trying to get to Five Pebbles. I rememer I ended up in Chimmney Canopy when I was coming from the wall (and before that, Pebbles). I need to get to him, and i know chimmney canopy is the quickest way!

No worries! Also if you have msc enabled you will have to move

MSC (More Slugcats Expansion) is part of the Downpour DLC enabled in the Remix menu. MSC changes all campaigns and if you have it enabled you MUST move to the Downpour equivalent of the channel, even with base game slugcats.
