I warped to pass shaded gate when i got that echo if that matters
this isnt my first playthrough
i didnt warp through chimney gate tho

i havent been to submerged or anything, i went to industrial, then warped from outside the HC -> Shaded gate into the other side, went to the echo, and it gave me cloak

i just realized i already had neuron glow for shaded
i just started this playthrough tho
so i guess it already registered me as having gotten the chimney echo?
