hi. istg i made a thread before but it's been so long its probably gone. anyway i finished monk and immediately thought okay it's time to go straight to a hunter run

i am trying to help lttm. i've restarted a couple times bc the start was That bad, but now i've figured out how to go through farm arrays so well i just go straight through in one go without hitting any shelters yaaaayyy. sky islands still fucks me up bad tho

i did reach the wall. my karma is fucked but i'm thinking if i can gun it straight to 5p it will be okay ?

it feels like getting as far as possible on the first cycle is always a good idea cause the food at the start there is Very easy

well actually i restarted once when i was farther in. but that's cause i was stuck in chimney and only had two cycles left

just finished giving lttm the neuron fly....i have 3 cycles left and enough karma to go through the gate to subterranean but only just. i'll need to get there fast and Not die....

i got to subterranean but i was on cycle 0. and then centipedes killed me badly

for now i'm going to treat that as my Canon ending and play other campaigns once i can get the DLC...i'm still pretty happy w how far i got

i lost btw bc i was going too fast with my jetfish, ran directly into a salamander i didnt see and was eaten, and that meant i lost a cycle bc i had to shelter for the karma. literally one death is all it takes LOL

you may find that once you know what youre doing you may be able to still help lttm and ascend since you know what to expect more too

OH by the way the reason i ended up doing another hunter run was. technically i was fucking around. i looked at the challenges list, and just for fun i tried to see how you'd do the chef challenge...and i had a question about that. is it. normal for the jetfish to disappear from reality if you set them down on land in a bad spot. is that an expected part of the challenge

it seems particularly bad in shelters every damn time i sheltered w the jetfish it would suddenly disappear

the albino jetfish wants to ascend too and it's found a special path

oh also whenever a jetfish phased out of reality on the next cycle there were two of them in the subterranean lake instead of one. can we make a new challenge that has a leaderboard and it's for how many albino jetfish you can get spawned in the lake at once

tho i am Assuming that if i got both of those jetfish into the walls there would then be three the next time, i haven't actually tested it
