currently have gone in a giant loop and wanted pointers on where to go next .here are the locations that I have found. outskirts , industrial complex , drain system , garbage wastes , shaded citadel ( I hate this place ) ,and shoreline . currently in shaded citadel . also do I follow these glowing things ?

oh yah I found something . but I left the area ( after I did something that made me feel guilty

Have you tried exploring around shaded citadel to see if you can find anything interesting? For example, you could discover a new area if you look around, who knows!

Do you know how to open and read the in game map during cycle?

good to know I was gonna try and get back to shoreline so if there is something to find in shaded citadel that's good to know

followed the glowing thing and they seem to be just cycling around this spot

can always just explore around the area and see if you find anything new

think I found this place before but just left when I saw these guys
