It might be a glitch but I'm stuck in this red grainy room and can't leave and their is these creature's outside taunting me and disappearing and it's glitchy and it scawy

This is a bug that has been pretty common since watcher 1.5, don't know if it's exclusive to the dlc but the game has been more buggy since the update

Whether or not you are playing with mods is also important, though I assume not

Yeah, and if you have downpour try disabling jolly Co op or more slugcats

Update: it got worse and I glitched out using mods and the whole world keeps getting glitcherer and scarier

Its red and vibrating but one time its green and vibrating and a lot of sounds are playing at once its scaring the scug out of me

Also keep in mind the game has generally been buggy lately, especially if you're trying to use mods. The game will often break a bit after a major update so give it some time to get patched, and try to avoid using mods as that could be part of the issue
