if you have time, get the light blue. mostly just cause it's there, why not.
next cycle, as long as the dark blue remain completely unrotted, everything in green is 100% safe, no need to backtrack to check anything beyond it
as you do this, note down which rooms were completely unrotted when you entered, and which ones had a skosh of rot.

Yeah, I personally think I was extremely thorough when I checked Pillar Grove... but, well, you never know! Could maybe work!
I'll personally probably wait with that until the next update and focus on the other regions in the meantime, but definitely a bit of science that could be worth doing!
