I saw a white humanoid looking creature that had like 2 more following behind it jump a lizard with spears and I’m wondering if they’re chill

you cannot “tame” them, you can however raise your reputation with them by trading with them

which is just setting items down near them

Your actions in your ecosystem will often affect the way creatures react to you. If you take on aggressive behaviors, the creatures in the world will respond in kind. If you're chill and show you're not a menace, critters will probably become more chill as well.

For instance, if you run up to a humanoid thing, wielding a spear in your hand, jumping erratically like a maniac and shouting slurs at 'em, they will probably get startled and deliver a rock and/or spear directly to your cranium.
