New to making region; help | Rain World | Page 1

hello! i dont know how to make one of these properly, but i've looked everywhere and i don't know how to link my modded rooms into the world. more info in a moment, hang on

alright, so. my process goes like this:

open rain world through steam program
attempt to start a new survivor file
intro plays. goes smoothly
forever loading, unresponsive until I close it myself

i checked CRS, and my log went smoothly until it got to my added room (image below consists of the CRS log of the crash)

these are all the contents of the files i would think are important to show? (1. modify/world/SU/world_su.txt) (2. modname/world/su_rooms)

update update, i had my first room Ever with broken entrances. didn't notice until i tried getting help for it.

@knotty jolt are you trying to add rooms to a vanilla region in the game, er one that already existed

at the minute, yeah! just an extra room to link to the gate to the modded region ^^

i got the room working, and i'm able to visit it in game, but it refuses to connect to my gate room now :((( ill ask abt it tomorrow as its late for me right now
