how do i get to the other side without suffocating?

so what are you tryng to do currently

just exploring the shoreline so i found this big ass tube and i want to get on top of it
and well you know, the side i can enter from the pipe is on the left and from that side i cant get up
the pipe that transports me to the other side is underwater and i have problems with, well, surviving going to the other side because im suffocating before getting to the surface
