Also, for some reason, on my first playthrough I just... forgot to upgrade my nail? I literrally had the base nail until like GMS when my friend asked me how many nail upgrades I had and I was like "There's nail upgrades!?!?!?"

So that might have made it more difficult than it already was for me

But what I recommend you do is deliver the couriers rasher in act 2 to get that pale oil, becahse it becomes ten times harder if you do it in act 3.

Also, I recommend you get the weaver queen or twisted child endings FIRST before snared silk ending

Because if you do snared silk ending first (like me because I was a dumbass) you'll be stuck in act 3 and won't be able to get the achievements for the other endings

I don’t think you can get any new crest until you finish the ascent, unfortunately.

You can use clawline to grapple onto the flying bugs instead of using down attack to pogo.

It will still refresh your movement abilities, and can be done infinitely as long as you have silk

I remember being not quite the leading group of silksongers to get to act three. By the time I got there, about 25%ish of players had, and it was such a weird stage. I wasn't early enough for people to have no idea what to do for act 3, but not quite late enough for everyone to know exactly what needed doing yet, and everyone said something different about the requirements.

Wanderer's crest's range may be limiting, but it's speed can hit every flea that at every level, as well as having a less punishing dash attack if you accidentally press attack while running

Shaman's range is the best in the game, but it has the slowest speed, it should still be able to get up the level needed for the pale oil

You don't need to fully adapt to the crest to use it in Flea Juggle

You can just use it for it's range then swap off when you're done

My final tip is to pay attention to the order the fleas pop up, and when you hit them. The first hit flea will always be the first to start falling again, so you can start your upward attack chain from there

I think Beast is pretty well off for most situations.

Of course it’s best for absolutely shredding anything that stands still for a few seconds, and absolutely terrible for platforming. But it still works well enough in every other situation

Team cherry did a really good job making it so that every crest has a fanbase and they are all pretty balanced. My personal favorite is hunter because I like its versitility and upgrades. I also love the pogo.

reaper - sharpdart does more damage and reaper can generate silk pretty fast with a bind + flea brew so it lets it output damage faster
wanderer - lets you play more aggressively due to the lower startup
beast - binding is a better use of silk for damage so its just there for faster iframes
witch - sharpdart is being used for damage
shaman - sharpdart is being used for damage

basically if you need faster iframes cross stitch is better otherwise i pick sharpdart

Yea, is mainly that when stuff falls apart (you couldn't heal during berserk stat as Beast or you lose all your No-hit meter) Wanderer is still at almost max potential (at most it loses it's crits if you spam healing / spells)

H, B and W are all nice. And A and S are cool if you want to do ranged build with tools and Spells

i think its probably the single strongest thing in the game since if you can dodge for about ~10s between attacks you cant die and that isnt that that high of an ask imo

why coward for 10s when you can oblitarate from afar the problem with tools or spells :3

The level of DPS some people do with tool spam is wild

i dont use it since its strong in a way that makes the game less fun to play by making it so your mistakes barley matter

i figured some of them just by getting the dash with hornet, i realized the wall jump and the double jump

do not use slow crests

I personally suggest either Hunter or || Wanderer ||

half of her fight is against the environment to see what the fuck is happening lmao

||you can get like 2-3 free hits if you bait her mid-air attacks since she has mega end-lag on them||

||mainly just keep jumping around since she can only catch you mid-air with a single attack, which can be easily circumvented via the parry silk skill. Other than that its purely a reaction based fight apart from Tool fuckery ||

||Oh yeah, best way to bait her into doing the mid-air move that has he attack downwards with huge end-lag is to just run away from her since her ai 9/10 times choosing to close distance therefore picking her mid-air move||
