thats whats been working the best for me and my run is still alive( after 2 near death encounters)

i just rushed to widow via any% routing except i dont skip sister splinter, got needolin, get my hunter focus, go wormways and do the skip for sharpdart and get the phial, after that with phial and shell satchel you basically have more than enough health to go through mist and phantom (i really wouldnt recommend last judge things can go wrong very fast with a misinput), from there you just rush the rest of the upgrades and then you can focus on doing all the other things, its really not bad at all and act 2 is a lot less scary now that you know exactly where to go (it only took me a little bit because i didnt get my quill until trobbio so i was a bit going in circles at times)

i didnt touch the melodies until i had all the available masks, nail upgrades, ect

well after exactly 20 attempts this one ended up winning
some facts in case anyone was curious cause i didnt really spam document everything
lots of my runs ended post widow during prep, with some as late as hh arena, so it was a bit tense getting furhter and further, even if i comfortably knew what to do and how to do it
a lot of that time was spent afk on benches so its probably more closer to 30-40 hours
i wouldve lost the run if it wasnt for sands of karak sandworms nerf after getting knocked in on 2 masks
wouldve lost the run if forebrothers pushed me into the lava when i was at 4hp and scarily close while being stunned
also almost lost the run several times in act 3 and had to utilize room cheese strats to hit enemies for silk to scrape some heals
no save and quits were utilized during combat, just for benchwarping to get around for quests faster :3
the last thing i got for my last % was the silkspear because my save bugged out and disabled the flag for it so it deleted it from me, and I had to edit my save to regain it back before the final fight

i still need to get seth's memento and 2 more relics for true 100% but ill probably be taking a break from it for now

Personally I believe they are related due to the fact that the weavers can create silks natural, which, iirc, only gms could do before they were enlightened. Moorwing post patch is not that hard tho, and you can just escape the arena if you are about to die

I always found the fight to chaotic to try, but if you go thr phantom route then come back to last judge and use the needolin on her does she say anything

Needolin is unlocked act 1 im just half asleep rn

Phantom unlocks the Needle-Organ, where Hornet uses her silk to summon an entire Organ and use the powers of steam powered song

btw i like the relic seeker in silksong more than in hollow knight. HK's relic seeker only just buys it from you rather than also giving us a transcript of the lore from it. its just a scavenge and sell thing.

lemm gives you an approximation of what the relic has/says on it but i agree, scrounge has a lot better system since you can recheck the relics at any time
