Not saying the entire fanbase is like this, but it's definitely too prevalent to pretend that it doesn't exist, and that it does hurt new indie metroidvania presentation - supposedly it's gotten better over the years but the fact is that it has been an issue

If it wasn't for content creators in the hk community to speak up about stopping the hate I'm not sure if it would've stopped lol

but sawtooth circlet has a significantly higher skill ceiling to make use off
while traps can be set and forgotten, and minions are just released, s.circlet triggers when the player presses jump
