The game should highlight them when you view the world map.

i found a pipe near a pit its next to a lizard hole tho

lizard hole or " dens" as my freind call them, are were you die if a lizard chaches you in its mouth, you can be rescude by a tutle, rock or spear

we play munti player and it just funny seeing him die to pink lizards. he is so good at finding white ons tho, hes saved me from walking in to its mouth so many times.
