I am the Survivor, the plain ol' Slugcat we know and love. Monk would've been easier, but I wanted the true (somewhat) vanilla experience.

As mentioned, I should've logged my adventure, but I guess its now then never.

I've crawled through the dark, scary crypts. I've gotten lost and mostly died from the rain, but I managed to get though it.
Later, I reached Moon, and decided to make the pilgrim to Five Pebbles. The climb was hard, especially thanks to the lizards in the way.

I've finally reached Five Pebbles. Out of the oven, into the spiderweb.
I got a bit frustrated because of the long, exhausting trip to get back to Pebbles every time I die, Pebbles monologuing to me, over and over again, then having to float around to try and reach the end, then die from a zero gravity fluke and having to do it all over again, dialogue and all.
So I'm taking a break till I can sit myself down to try again...

(I'll also take some Screenshots in the future!)

I finally got out of Five Pebbles area. Oddly enough, it was the Unfortonate Development that gave me a more easier time than the other way. Going through the underhang, I managed to find a secluded area with no other exit. After roaming around it and finding a shiny object, I grabbed it took my leave.
Traveling through the exhusting leg, I made my way to the Memory Crypt... ... or I would've if I didn't die from the same lizard 15 TIMES!
And what do I get after geting through it, killed by some giant things in the Memory Crypt that wouldn't move out of the way...

I knew I forgot something... Nurons for Moon. She needs them. So with reluctance, I used a Passage to return to Five Pebbles, go through the rot again, but this time carry some nurons with me.
That proved to be harder, as my hands were too full to swing around. But with my friend's encouragement watching me, I pulled through. I braved through The Memory Crypts and got back into The Crypts, which oddly enough feels like a safe haven compare to where I was.
But just a bit more and then I'll find Moon again.

are you playing with More Slugcats Expansion enabled in the Remix menu? it adds a lot of changes even to the vanilla campaigns, so you'll have to move to #1272670046434492426 or disable the Expansion if you want to continue documenting here monksilly

Indeed, this image contains dlc content

By Vanilla, I thought it meant the Original Slugcat Campaigns, like Survivor and Monk.

Sure, in the meantime, I'm going to copy all of my text here and open a new post in the Downpour First Playthrough, then delete this one right after.
I know that the Remix does add new areas and such and is different from the Non-Remix. I figured that out.

Downpour

The Downpour DLC is composed of 3 mods, More Slugcats Expansion (MSC), Jolly Coop, and Expedition. These can be individually enabled in the Remix menu.
With MSC enabled you must move to Downpour channels! It adds additional content to all of the campaigns.
Jolly Coop adds local coop, where everyone must play on the same device. Note that Steam Remote Play allows you to play Jolly Coop with anyone who has Steam, they don't need to own the game.
Expedition adds a new task based game mode.
