Open the game page (the one that lets you play it) and look for the thing that says Workshop

#

When you find the mod you want, you subscribe to it (that downloads it)

#

Then you open rain world and go to the remix menu

#

You can toggle every mod you have subscribed to in there

#

That's pretty much it
