I have reached looks to the moon by going to industrial to shaded citadel to shoreline but what now i cant talk to her i cant do anything when i leave the yellow guy wants me to go back to looks to the moon

if you've already moved far from lttm then you can load a backup or just continue exploring, the game is very nonlinear

Yeah if yellow guy is still pointing to lttm after reaching her then you likely hadn't slept yet
