Is shaded citadel always difficult or are there better ways to navigate it? I know you can carry one of the glowing mice with you, but when you need food you need to let it go, and in life or death situations they are also heavy and slow you down. Also, moving towards the sub region at the bottom, are there any effective ways to deal with the water plants? Moving slow occasionally doesn't work (for me at least, may be doing something wrong), and throwing spears only keep it down for so long.

yeah true, but I dont know how to progress at the top of the wall so I went the other way through shaded citadel
