Depths is the name of a late-game region, and rectangle heads are also a late game characters, therefore we want to make sure new players discover these themselves, not by reading the title of the post

If you haven't seen the symbol when surviving then it's not time to go through the creatures yet

It's a big world, but backtracking is always an option...
You can change your save slot in settings if you ever want to come back to the current save

Trust me when I say that rushing the game as the first time is not what it was intended for!

I went for over 15 hours on my first ever run, but was able to enjoy every aspect it

This is one of the best games I've ever played

The hunter campaign will me so much more my style

The only reason I got to experience this game is because it was on ps+ now im gonna buy the full game on my xbox and the 2 dlcs

They said it would be dark souls difficulty and I have beaten ds1 more than I have fingers so I had to try it and it lived up to that difficulty

but also very fun

Here's the thing I've been wondering is the slugcat at the very bottom of the food chain the middle or the top I still don't get it

well a lot of things eat you

but you can eat a few things too such as the creatures you saw in the tutorial

you are able to kill things that are threats to you, but can’t eat them so that wouldn’t make you any higher probably idk what defines food chain hierarchy

eats meat but is also meat for other things

but rain world’s food chain is kind of weird so
