How do I get across this gap?

I've been trying to get across with the long jumps and the grappling hook worm thingy but I can't cross it

I can't for the life of me get up these walls, they are just too large gaps between the transfer pipes and ropes to climb or jump

this is too far of a jump and I can't swing across with the grapple worm

I've tried both for hours

the 2 pillars in the center with a single block above them in between

@ mono, I tried that too, but there is a jump that is too high to make

Keep trying different paths and using the pipes with the arrows, it is possible to get everywhere important here

I know, the problem is I can't figure it out

I've spent 3 hours in both areas trying to get up

What are you aiming to reach (as in the end goal)

It does appear to be possible to get on top of that middle rectangle platform here

just to go up and explore mre of the map, I am on my first playthrough, trying to avoid spoilers

I wouldn’t recommend looking at the map if you’re trying to avoid spoilers

but there are other ways to go upwards in chimney if that path is too difficult

I hadn't figured out moving up and down the map layers yet
