I've reached a point in which I don't know what to do. I don't wanna spoil anyone so I'll wait until someone responds and then I'll tell you of my situation.
I have just followed the yellow guy and now a cyan guy has also appeared.

and also... how can you tell where the overseer is pointing at? When it shows a sign is easy but when it doesn't it kinda looks like it looks at you and then at where it wants you to go or else it does a 3D triangle thing that I don't know how to understand it. And what does the blue one do? Like both of them.

General advice, you're not compelled to follow what any overseer is directing you to, if you feel you've been funneled back into the start region thanks to the fault of their guidance (not something they should be doing at all, but ehh) then a straightforward solution is quite simply ignoring them! Expand your search horizon and simply use your ingame map to chart your way around and fill out loose ends

The game is nonlinear with every region having gates leading to multiple other regions like a big spiderweb, it's entirely possible to reach the "milestones" needed to win rainworld by just blind wandering! It's pretty much impossible to get "stuck" or cornered anywhere in the world map

So tldr, your objective is to explore

yeah I accidentally say a picture of it and the name so now I know it. And now i just saw that in the emojis the "yellow guy" is named overseer

Yes like when I started I went all right and found one of them, but now that I found another one, the overseer just told me "oops, you're in the wrong direction sir" and I returned but now it just ignores me.
