Currently in Shattered Terrace by way of Signal Spires, went as far as I could and am currently stuck. I have a grappling worm that I used to progress and found a small echo that isn't doing anything. The region seems important but I can't figure out anything, and when I keep going east the path deadends past a shelter.

I think its a portal from another region to salination, but it can only be opened from the other side

came from fetid glen, have only found the echo to shattered terrace
guess i'm backtracking to fetid glen
some of the screens in FG are so pretty

the first time it happened to me was in fetid glen and i thought it was connected to the time slowdown from the lizards

documenting it here as well: when i create a portal i just spin around in an endless loop without getting teleported or having any ability to move. this has happened twice now. i'm in ancient urban so i have no idea to get out
