[Watcher] Can't warp out of the region (perpetual portal animation)

I am currently on ||shattered terrace|| and have tried numerous times to warp out with the many karma flowers in the area but I'm always stuck on the warping animation without actually warping to the next region. this actually softlocked me and forced me to feed myself with dev tools to cycle farm and allow the flowers to grow back

Issue resolved through second solution on my end (note: this solution has not worked for other people)

I know you said it hasnt worked for others but what did you do?

The first solution was to verify the game files, the second solution was setting the game at latest beta version as directed at this thread (#1356318864081682462 message). The second solution worked for me, so I don't know how to fix it beyond that
