the root problem is that rw cant access its files and i dont. know why

it maybe was a permissions thing earlier but if you gave everything all the perms for all of rw's files, or at least the perms yoi changed, it shouldbe fixed now

another update: nothing changed other than it took longer to load in downpour, but then it hit
