So, i played a bit on watcher, and i got to coral caves, rusty wrecks, and im in sunny coast. I cant find echoes, and idk what to do. Im just exploring the areas

I encourage you to find them yourself, but I understand since this campaign is pretty difficult.
Heres some named areas with echoes from easiest to hardest in my opinion:
