What I think happened is Redward got hurt and followed me into a shelter and essentially softlocked themselves from their original shelter-home. I tried to shelter twice in a row and they didn't enter in time and the game didn't 'teleport' them to their shelter like it usually does due to them being hurt. So they died to rain ;-;

the shelter I use has a bit of a jump to their original shelter...so yeah

I think we brought it up here once before, but you might need to re-enter the Hunter campaign now that MSC is on, in order to add the pearl to the collection screen... but that'll only really work if you had it read on your last run (in that case you'd have to give it to Moon again).
