Verify steam files and if that doesnt work just turm off other mods

i just unlocked ||coral caves|| and whenever i go to this one spot in this one room, the slugcat just disappears. video attached for less confusion. this has happened to me twice so far and i don't want to keep losing karma

You should probably verify your files or reinstall the game if that doesn't work

while validating files, one failed to be acquired. time to see if doing that fixed it
nope, still have the same issue. it seems to be based more on time than location
trying uninstalling the directional spear throwing mod now
so far that seems to have worked
yep, i can confidently say the problem wsas the mod. i'll wait for it to update before using it again
||side-note, uhhhh looks like i won't have to worry much about losing karma||

i guess this room is just weird and i need to run out of it as quickly as possible
after some further testing, the issue appears to be mostly random, but chances of it happening decrease the further you are away from that first room
i can upload some more clips if needed
