Why is there so much rot?
where is it coming from?
are pebbles and moon ok?
why are the echoes weird?
how is the watcher connected to the echoes
do we know 100% that the watchers family was killed by the brown slugcat, or did something else happen?
is this time between rivulet and saint? when the rot has taken over more?

the place im trying to get to is called 'the surface' but there are lots of places that arent underground here. Im thinking this is the top, or side of an iterator structure because of the amount of crawl spaces there are

ALSO ALSO THEORY TIME, ok so ripple said smthn about how are you here 'this when' or smthn, so i think we're traveling time

what if ripple didnt talk this time because we've been messing things up by going through the rifts? bc it seems that the rot gets worse the deeper we go

THEORY TIME PT 2

earlier theories about the ripples being behind this appear to be incorrect, as one of them has stated that its gross and rotted, it doesnt like it.

The thing about time travel still holds strong, as theres two seperate area's that are p much the same, but different weather, so more time has passed (or its an alternate dimension thing)

I seem to have encountered ~3 different ripples so far, one that says OA and calls the watcher its little shadow, also likes company, and used to be really fast. one thats lost and says HMMMM???? (may very well be the first one aswel) and one that just doesnt say anything, unsure why

though lookinh back at all the ripples, this very well could be the same one, just has different ractions depending on what time you're in?

also one of the graffiti's shows pebbles and 3 other iterators, 3 of them being rotted. or decayed to some degree, and pebbles looking in horror, so this kind of backs that up? pebbles having to watch everyone else get consumed by rot? though, rot is a known thing with iterators, so idk why it would just be him? the iterators are probably LTTM, NSH, and 5P, theres a fourth one, another pink one, unkcown, possibly SRS and its just weird lighting/color?

LORE THEORIES 3

have encountered the rot prince, definately an iterator, we are its friend, i think we are its friend because we have been making/opening all the rifts so the rot can spread. most if not all of the regions we've revisited has had some form of rot spread the second time we arrive.
perhaps another iterator made 'messenger' but for the rot prince?

possible iterators:
cant be LTTM, she/her
cant be SOS, she/her
possibly SRS, they/them
possibly NSH, he/him, made hunter, who had rot because it was rushed, possible that NSH tried to raise another, and it backfired, giving him the rot
possibly FP, he/him, most rotted, but area doesnt look like 5P, the actual speaking voice sounds like pebbles or a little deeper

THEORY AFTER DREAM

looks like when watcher was a lil bebe scup, it found the beaches of what looks to be the throne, before it was rotted. I think that watcher happened upon an iterator (rot prince) and iterator took care of it? unclear of whats after.
the rot prince probably isnt pebbles because the area the watcher washed up in, doesnt look like pebbles area
