``Hi Y’all, I’m an older gamer, so be patient with me. I played Super Nintendo as a kid, then dropped it til I got a Switch with the pandemic and honestly barely even played it then.

So a limited experience, but Rain World just somehow came up in a search and I thought it looked neat—liked the idea of it when I read reviews.

Now there’s space in my life to actually take a game seriously if worth it—and this is the one I’m picking.

Played through vanilla on Survivor, not Hunter.

Three years later, wiped the save for Downpour. Still on Survivor. Played one save until I’d felt trapped, on a second run, currently in the Chimney Canopy. Been really enjoying the experience of diving deep—of focusing on one game.

Well never tried this before but someone suggested trying it in another channel, so here goes…

I’m really interested in experiencing more of the secrets this time. Found just a couple last time round, this time sorta hope to experience all the lore. Hope to avoid choices with negative consequences.

Also… I’m realizing at this point that I have an interest in really getting good at the controls—not something I normally develop as I just have a few hours to play a week.
