How easy is it to go through the wall route to deliver the payload? Should I practice the backflip pole throw if I'm not confident, or is it easy to fluke after a few tries?
Also, does changing the rain timer and/or hunter cycle count affect achievement gets?

I would rather go through wall. I dislike leg and underhang. Are you saying that the pole trick is easy to master? I remember I did it once after dying on one or two cycles as survivor.

tbh, I have almost 200 hours in rain world, and i've only ever used the backflip spear trick twice. Once in outskirts (not sure why, the person who was guiding me recommended it though), and on the wall, where it took about 3-4 tries, its not terribly important other than 'that' place on the wall.

Oh the wall in the room at the top of The Wall is low enough to put a spear on. There's no need for a backflip pole maneuver 🥹

hey, very late but for future, if you want to do the spear backflip trick without worrying about spears i recommend the remix option to be able to grab them out of walls

Okay I just learned how to do it consistently. (During the backflip) Before you throw the spear, do not press LEFT or RIGHT, only press DOWN.
Also, mushrooms are amazing for clearing sky islands
