I assume this could be related to this "Big Task" that is mentioned from time to time. Maybe it's even related to the hairballs/infection. Moon says that this isn't a pleasant reading...which is understandable.

I wonder how pearls work as such fast communication, one possible theory. When I show Moon some pearls that I yoinked from Pebbles she describes them as an 'active/working memory' which could allow for communication like this. What I do find strange is that this pearl was found in the sky islands near the communication array or the area next to it.

Back to the pearl. Groundwater consumption. Pebbles was apparently using a lot of it for some reason(?) and it negatively affected and/or troubled Moon. Shoreline seems built to handle water with its various pipe networks, which is where Moon is located. It would make sense if she had a say in how it was managed.

By the way Moon was talking it seems it was pretty serious, she grows increasingly troubled with each sentence. Pebbles' reaction also makes me think that he might have led Moon to be in the situation she is in as of right now.

Moon seems to be a group leader for (assumingly) a local group of Iterators. Due to Pebbles being pretty close to Moon I think there are also Iterators I haven't discovered. Or maybe I cannot find them because they are either dead or blocked off from the world. I wonder how the acquired the name "Big Sis Moon." It suits her well.

I wonder if this first fit is like about his behaviour or more his physical state. I'm inclined to believe it's how he behaved during that time. I also think this is connected to the groundwater consumption pearl somehow.

I also got my first bit of lore from a braincell in a while. Again she seems strange around the topic of Pebbles.

According to this pearl Shaded Citadel is some kind of "holy" place of sorts. It wasn't always in the shadow, Five Pebbles's superstructure being built on top of it put it in the shadow. I wonder what kind of negative effects it had on the area.
