There are a couple that are really long, might be a difficult ask to get people to read like 50k+ words

Agreeing on a stopping point is probably good. People can always continue on their own time (and in the case of both long fics on the list, they have their own threads/forums for discussion)

I think what we could do, which was fred and amany suggested a bit earlier, is read ~10-20k of a long one, and then leave the rest unread. That's an option already built into the reading history sheet, and we could come back to it later if it was voted on again in the future
