you can go to the game's files and copy paste the sav file and rename it to sav2, you'll have all of your progress just on a different slot

the ones that don't have karma flowers are: ||Garbage, Exterior, Pebbles and a region I am not sure if you've been to||

Yeah

Some mods and Remix options are allowed and some are not, see the Allowlist tab (challenge sheet is pinned on top of #vanilla-server-challenges , look for "Allowlist" tab at the bottom of the screen once you open the link)
I recommend starting out with Visitor, as it is a nice introduction challenge which, while easy, showcases all validation rules
