I remember when I played through Hades and Elden Ring, I got to points in difficulty where I wasn't making much progress and was getting beaten down. But I was able to persist because I had options. I could wander away and find some new gear. Or I could try out a new weapon. Or I could just walk around and look at the scenery

I can't do that here. I feel like I'm being restricted from playing the game because every two steps I take, it's another platforming challenge I can't do. Or it's another lizard or flying stabby thing
