my progress: i made it with 5 karma to industrial complex, cycle 7, 38 minutes playtime
note i do have other playtime but i kept resetting but this is the farthest i have gotten

all my knowledge of the game so far is (1 begginer tip vid - a couple hours of gameplay in total, of each slugcat with commentary on yt - and some wiki browsing)
I dont care for any spoilers btw, i have spoiled enough already

quesions:
1 how much spears does it take to kill a green lizard?
2 how do i get stuff in the collection tab in the menu?
3 how do i unlock stuff in the sandbox game mode?
4 is there a way to survive the pole plants?
5 how important is it if i loose my karma from dying?
6 i unlock the other slug cats if i beat the campaign with monk or survivor right?
7 what does the slug cat symbol mean on the right bottom corner of my screen?

Is it a good idea for me to head straight to the ||sky islands|| on my first play-through?
First thing I did was jump off into the void
then grabbed a ||squidcata|| then make it across then land fell off trying to get to a checkpoint
then go across again then landed on the pole for the check point then accidentally walk off into the pit of death

Just wondering is all my pain worth it on my first play through or should I leave and go somewhere else before I get locked in their from all my deaths

it is possible even with a normal swim, but requires quite a bit of precision
