the 2 pups you are given after finishing the food quest don't prevent bonus pups since you didn't actually sleep with them

so on that cycle only you can encounter a bonus pup

The clues inside the campaign, and the way all vanilla campaigns end should by themselves already be enough hints that there exists a diff way to end the campaign

Remix Extra Tutorials has a pop-up tutorial for this, so if they're using default Remix settings then they probably missed it, in which case it's fine IMHO
In the screenshot they showed, though, they were trying to attract the deer, not control it. So

I think sometimes its not clear that to mash “correctly” you need to do a circular motion. If they already are mashing and its not working I would give them that tip

Is it normal that you can passage to shelters that you have not yet slept in during your current campaign, but you did visit in previous campaigns?

Because I just started a new campaign as survivor to do some challenges, I've only been to Outskirts, Industrial and Garbage wastes, but for some reason the game allows me to passage straight to Shoreline, Shaded and Chimney.

Hi Randi, I can confirm that this indeed happened! Here's a brief overview:

📃 Context: The #rules channel was being rewritten, and in order to allow any of the moderators to edit the messages if needed, a webhook was used.
⚠️ Problem: By default, webhooks will ping any role that gets typed out—a parameter needs to be passed in the payload to turn off pings. The moderator sending messages through the webhook doesn't need the permission to mention everyone, here, and all roles—webhooks carry the permission themselves.
💥 Catalyst: One of the rules contained a mention of the Downpour role, and said that it could be self-assigned through id:customize—the moderators rewriting the rules weren't aware of this being a hazard.
🩸 Result: @calm sparrow accidentally pinged a role held by approximately 31,000 people, or about 47% of the whole server's population at the time. To this day, it is the largest accidental mass ping in the server's history.

Overall, this event was stressful and chaotic in the moment:

• The webhook message containing the Downpour ping was almost immediately edited to remove the yellow highlight over the message, turning it into a mass ghost ping event.
• #offtopic-agenderal had its slowmode increased as high as 2 minutes at one point, though it simmered down within the next half hour or so following the incident.
• The staff VC with 2 members got flooded to 8 or so—initially, it was assumed that a different moderator sent the ping as he held administrator permissions, though this was quickly corrected.

However, in the weeks that followed it quickly turned into a joke. No permanent damage was done to the server, and anyone offline when the ping happened may have even presumed it to be done on purpose to notify a #rules update. The moderator responsible for sending the ping was not demoted as a result of this incident, and even got promoted to an administrator later on.
