From my recent experience, the pre-FP ones appear in the collection once you encounter their specific node, so like when I went through and got all the broadcasts (post-FP) the pre-FP nodes started filling in.

I could be wrong but I like just now did that, so I was reading one in-game and then I could go read that specific pre-FP broadcast in the collection once I got the post-FP.

She might want to try and get all the dialogues manually though, but I'm pretty sure that's how those broadcasts are acquirable.
