ok for just for context Project X is an Iterator, he was built a couple days or months before the Ancients all ascended, I want to say he was built in Subterranean but more likely Outer Expanse, but given the fact he was built after most Iterators he is highly advanced and thus, has many bio-engineered freaks roaming around the area around his complex
(also he has never seen a slugcat before)
