Close the game and upload the 'exceptionLog.txt' file that you can find in your root installation folder (next to the RW .exe).
The file may not always exist - if it does not, this is useful to know.

Standard Steam path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rain World

To send the file, drag and drop it into the Discord window. Do not copy and paste the contents of the file.

the crslog file didn't change after I play that hunter expansion a while ago, is it meant to rewrite the entire thing with a new one?

you could try deleting these files, verifying file integrity, and trying again

I think somehow I figured it out to work it by switching the last version and switching back but is now a black screen

oh, this'd work better if you enabled the mods from the remix menu

#

if you delete the options save file (located in appdata\locallow\videocult\rainworld) it'll disable the mods and let you boot into the game again

(or you can manually alter the options save file, shouldn't be too hard to find the enabled mods list)
