Why is JoJo's OST so good?

Sure, the overarching plot of JoJo seasons are overall not the strongest, and later parts get really confusing, but JoJo has the sound design team.

I've seen roughly four anime shows. JoJo, Dragon Ball Z Abridged, a tiny bit of Demon Slayer and One Piece.

Some bits of DBS and DBGT, too.

But none of them manage to top JoJo's sound design.
