- it feels like you get not even a moment of rest in UTY. everywhere there's cutscenes or a new gimmick or puzzle or mandatory encounter or whatever and i think that's great but i somehow felt less interrupted in the original game even when there was a lot of that
- a lotta the bosses, i've noticed, are based in memorisation. the attack gives you like no time to react so you just have to get used to it and react before it actually starts. this is not good you should be theoretically able to dodge an attack on your first attempt without godlike reaction speed
- some of the rng attack combos are literally undodgeable lol 😭
- speaking of gimmicks... like every major fight relies on them, but not in a fun way, like here's a repeated action you have to take also your act buttons do nothing . undertale ar least limited soul modes to bosses
- um. why is. why is the. end of the ruins like that /lh
- actually the entire ruins are kind of wack in terms of story beats but this is a fairly minor complaint
- the story feels like it ramps up a lot in the latter section of the game compared to the previous stuff
actually i said bosses are memorisation but a good chunk of random enemies were like .... also borderline undodgeable

I think ||first phase skips some attacks once you lose too many times, like for example the full screen attack, usually he does multiple of those with some normal attacks inbetween, but At some point after losing too many times flowey just does one before doing 2nd phase transition attack.||
