The hitchhiker climbed another iterator, hopefully this one wasnt destroyed and could only say decay, or flooded, or covered in rot, or have a warped red daddy long legs looking slugcat

Just then the entire iterator superstructure started moving, using its 4 main support beams to walk

Gwen: “What the hell is going on?!”
He grabs on tightly and squeezes inside when he reaches the chance

Gwen was the hitchhiker, a small soft blue slugcat with teal markings, having a pouch and a spear holster on his back, though he was small

Gwen continues going deeper and the gravity fades
Gwen: “I’m here.”
Gwen proceeds to enter the chamber
Gwen: “Hello?”
???: “Hello there little slugcat”

Gwen: “It be…. a while since…. seen… iterator in state… run under normal operation”

???: “Wait- how can you talk with me..? I guess 50000 years of evolution DOES so that…..”

???: anyways i’m Watcher Of Infinity, or WOI for short
