Downloaded and unzipped RWE+ but can‘t use it due to the exe file being seemingly nonexistent

i had trouble with this, you need to use a program that supports unzipping .rar files to get to the exe

have you downloaded rwe+ release or just source code?

LE not opens windows file dialog and instead opens default one
