You gotta not only beat a ridiculously hard campaign just to unlock it, but the dating sim is also very clearly low effort and not remotely related to the main game in any way
If anything putting “dating sim” on the Steam page would likely just confuse players and then lure in the wrong people, or at least confuse them for why it’s there to begin with. And imo, if a player is heavily confused by something you intended then it could be considered a bug, or at least something very similar

just beacuse its hard to get to doesnt mean you can just ignore it, if theres was a hard diffululty where in the final cutscene only on that game mode it had a insane amount of blood and gore on it the esrb will still rate it for having blood and gore, this has happned before on halo 3 odst on NMPDHQ the final cutscene one of the main characters gets stabed with a gravity hamer. on the easy dificultys theres no blood but on legendary diffuculty theres alot of blood, medium has medium blood etc
