There are a bunch of factors affecting how far cyan advances:

QUARTER FINALS
Cyan needs to defeat yellow (should be relatively easy)

SEMI FINALS
Green needs to defeat slugpup for more of a guarantee
If slugpup wins, then cyan will have to fight slup to reach semis, which will be considerably harder

FINALS
If hunter is the other semi, they will 100% win.
If sm or rivulet becomes the semi, cyan has a slight chance of winning, so this is the favorable outcome

WIN
In order to win, not only do we need to rely on hunter losing, we also need to rely on all iterators losing in the right bracket.
This means artificer needs to win everything against all odds, and additionally lose to cyan in order for cyan to win.
Essentially, cyan has a 0% chance of making it to the finals, let alone winning the tournament
